Hajmola tea is famous for it tangy taste and health benefits. With a hint of rock salt and cumin seed this tea actually taste like liquid version of popular digestive candy serve in a glass !! After a heavy meal this hajmola candy is recommend as perfect digestive beverage.

Ingredients


Tea and Water Concoction- 2 cup

Tea leaves- 1 teaspoon

Sugar/Honey- 1 teaspoon

Mint Leaves- 2

Carom Seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

Hajmola Candy- 2 tablets

Lemon Juice- 1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin- 1/2 teaspoon

Rock Salt- 1/2 teaspoon


How To Make ?


For making hajmola tea heat up the sauce pan by adding 2 cup of water in it, heat it up until it start producing bubbles after that add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves in it. Add sugar, mint leaves in the sauce pan and heat at low flame.


Crush 1 tablet of hajmola candy and add in the sauce pan and mix it well and turn off the flame. Soak tea leaves, for right flavour and taste replace 50% of tea leaves with granules. Leave it for 5 minutes.Allow the water to take on the caramel colour.


Mix a half teaspoon carom (ajwain) seeds, black pepper and cumin seed dust with half teaspoon rock salt. Squeeze lemon juice.


Take 1 glass and add 1 tablet of hajmola candy and 1 teaspoon of honey in it. Pour mixed tea solution in the and give it a mix. After this add pinch of black pepper in tea to give it a soothing taste


So your hajmola tea is ready to serve..!!

Kashmiri chai is also known as shir chai is a traditional tea beverage, originating from Indian subcontinent , mostly from Kashmir valley.

In Kashmir people consume this tea about 2-3 times. Noon chai is made from special tea leaves, milk, salt, and it is cooked in a Kashmiri Samovar. This tea is great during the winters.

In this Tea, Baking Soda is added along with Green tea, which reacts and makes the tea Red in color. When you add milk to it, you get a nice Pink color.

Ingredients


Green Cardamom- 6 piece

Cloves- 3 piece

Cinnamon Sticks- 1 piece

Kashmiri Tea- 3 teaspoon

Star Anise- 1 piece

Baking Soda- 1/2 teaspoon

Salt- ¼ teaspoon

Full Fat Milk- 2 cup

Sugar/ Honey- As per requirement

Rose Water- 1/4 teaspoon

Almonds as per taste

Pistachio As per taste


How To Make ?


In a pan add 3 cup of cold water, Kashmiri tea, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, Star Anise. Close the lid and when start boiling cook it for 5 minutes.


Add baking soda and salt. Close the lid and cook it for 30 minutes on medium heat or cook till one cup water left.


Add 1 cup cold ice water and mix it for 10 minutes. Strain the pink tea and put it aside.

In a different container boil the milk and add the pink tea from above slowly and keep on mixing it well.


Add rose water for great taste and add sugar/honey as per your taste.


Your pink tea is ready to serve.


Garnish it with crushed almond and pistachio to make it more tasty !!

The combination of Chocolate and tea is not only delicious, but it also has tons of health benefits. In fact, chocolate was so precious to the ancient Mayans that it was actually used as cash! Chocolate was also an essential part of the US military rations during World War I.


In a study of 4970 people researcher found that chocolate was inversely related with coronary heart disease. A study in 2005 found that eating 100 gm of dark chocolate for 15 days reduce blood pressure and improve insulin sensitivity.

A Cup of tea is a cup of peace~


Ingredients


Water- 1 Cup

Tea Leaves- 2 teaspoon

Cardamom- 2

Cinnamon- ½ inch

Dark Chocolate- 20 gm

Milk- 1 ½ Cup

Sugar/Honey- 2 teaspoon

Milk Cream- ½ Cup

Coco Powder for sprinkle

Chocolate Sauce for garnishing


How To Make ?


For making hot chocolate tea heat up the pan by adding 1 cup of water in it, here we are making this tea for 2 person. Boil the water and add 2 spoon of tea leaf.


After this add 2 crushed green cardamom and 2 small piece of cinnamon. Boil it for 2 minutes on a medium flame and after this add 1 and half cup of milk in it.


Now add 20 gm of dark chocolate and 2 spoon of sugar or honey whichever you want. Quantity of sugar or honey depend upon person's taste and preferences.


Boil it until the chocolate get dissolved completely, it will take 2-3 minutes.


After that we will strain the tea and serve it in a cup.


Add half cup of milk cream equally on both of the cups, sprinkle some coco powder. Decorate it with chocolate sauce.


Chocolate tea is ready to serve, if you want you can add some chocolate chips on top.
